Duni Group is seeking a Sourcing Manager to join our Food Packaging Solution team. This is a pivotal role where you will take the lead in developing and securing a world-class international supplier base. The Role: A Results-Driven Negotiator and Strategic Thinker

Your Core Responsibilities Will Include:

• Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and drive sourcing and category strategies to support our growth ambitions.

• Negotiation & Cost Management: Conduct detailed cost-breakdown analyses and lead negotiations and tenders to secure best-in-class agreements, continuously driving for optimal value and performance.

• Secure Product Launches: Act as a key sourcing expert in New Product Development (NPD) projects, collaborating closely with Category Managers & Project Managers, and ensuring our needs are met by our suppliers.

• Supplier Relationship Management: Manage and expand the supplier base, including performance evaluations and regular reviews.

• Operational Excellence: Seamlessly bridge strategic vision with hands-on operational execution, working closely with planners to ensure exceptional service levels and supply chain continuity.

Qualifications & Experience:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, business, supply chain, or a related field.

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in sourcing within an international company.

• Demonstrated success in negotiating complex agreements and managing an international supplier base.

• Technical aptitude with the ability to understand and discuss product specifications, production processes, and quality standards.

• Fluency in English is essential for this international role.

• Experience in the food packaging industry or the FMCG industry is a significant advantage.
